Soles4Souls is “Changing the World, One Pair at a Time” by collecting, recycling and reusing “gently worn” footwear, like soccer cleats, athletic shoes and sneakers. The charity cleans and repairs the shoes to distribute them to needy souls in the United States and devastated countries such as Mali, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, among others. Since 2005, Soles4Souls has distributed nearly 12 million pairs to people in 125 countries (currently one pair every 7 seconds) and has received publicity in Real Simple, National Geographic and Runner’s World for their efforts.
