BABY EARTH 
You can send your used car seats, strollers, diaper bags, high chairs and old baby swings to Baby Earth where they disassemble the parts and determine the best reuse. Fabrics are shipped to developing countries, and metal, plastic and foam are used for construction projects. Any unusable parts are sent to recycling centers. Baby gear in excellent condition is donated to families who need it.
