Keep newspapers dry and remove all rubber bands and bags to recycle them; they need to go into the recycle bin unless you find alternate uses for them. One responsible, eco-friendly idea: share your papers with a neighbor or coworker so you are reusing. Only subscribe to the days you actually read, and consider online news sources for all other days.
