The EPA has partnered with electronic manufacturers and retailers to provide opportunities for you to donate or recycle your phones, computers, and televisions through the Plug In to e-Cycling program. Their website has links to major retailers with drop-off and collection event information:

Recycling for Charities is a Non-Profit organization with the goal of ridding the environment of e-waste by recycling wireless products. Each item received is recycled properly and a value donation is given to the charity of the donor’s choice.
